Ingredients
- 120 g Egg white
- 20 g Oat fiber by anthony’s
- 20 g stevia sugar
- 5 g of cinnamon
- 6 g Baking powder
- 6g Stevia
- 2g Salt
- 20 g Fiber one cereal with whole grain by general mills
- 56 ml Original unsweetened almond milk by almo
Directions
Grind fiber One cereal to course powder Combined dry ingredients in a small bowl
Mix in egg whites and stir vigorously until fully combined Add almond milk and continue to stir (Be sure there’s no clumps)
Peter frying pan to medium heat Spray pan with oil of your choice
Pour half of mixture and cook
Flip each side after 2 to 3 minutes Cook until golden brown
Prep Time: 6 min Cook Time: 5 min Total Time: 15 min Servings: 1 serving
Notes: Feel free to add powdered chocolate into the dry mix if you want
